This is our Disciplinary Action Policy for those members who violate our Code of Conduct or other policies.

1st Offense

  • 30-day probationary period.
  • MG staff members will be demoted for the duration of the probation. Their rank within the community will be reinstated if there are no further issues at the end of their probation.


2nd Offense/1st Offense Committed While on Probation

  • 90-day probationary period.
  • MG staff members will be demoted indefinitely.


3rd Offense/2nd Offense Committed While on Probation

  • Offender will be dismissed from the community permanently.


Notes

  • All MG members may still be subject to an immediate demotion or dismissal depending on the nature and severity of the offense.
