This is our Disciplinary Action Policy for those members who violate our Code of Conduct or other policies.

If you act like an adult, you'll be treated like one. At times, some people just can't, so we have this document.

FIRST OFFENSE

• 30-day probationary period.
• MG staff members will be demoted for the duration of the probation. Their position within the community will be reinstated if there are no further issues at the end of their probation.

SECOND OFFENSE

• 90-day probationary period.
• MG staff members will be demoted indefinitely.

THIRD OFFENSE

• Offenders will be dismissed from the community permanently.

NOTES

• All members may still be subject to an immediate demotion or dismissal depending on the nature and severity of the offense, or if they commit another offense while on probation.
